I'm just glad that they made the 'unread' and 'read' colors something more distinctive now.

See Zoras? I may be color blind but I was going for functional! Heh These colors may be an unusual combination, but they are easier on the eyes and easier to read. But no need to worry! Liz might start up MH again soon, and then we can be treated to her far superior sense of aesthetics! Yay! *bounces happily* Liz seemed to be interested in getting things going again last night, so we can only hope that we will soon be back in her good leadership

Don't listen to them Aradia, I think the combination is good. Easy on the eyes, and good distinction between the read and unread! They are just jealous cuz these colors work so well.

I really liked the YaBB dark blue background Liz had selected with that almost 'neon' light green color for the text. That was the great combination, IMHO.

I think pink and brown would look AWESOME! You could also throw in the neon green letters for Lemmy's sake.

Perhaps maybe a dull teal fading to a vibrant and energetic green around the edges. And the letters would look good in a chartreuse flanked by a black background instead of this dung-heap brown that is currently in use. And this deodorant green makes me feel a bit queasy. Hmm my thighs are feeling a bit chafed in these buttless leather chaps...

Now I've already said that my second choice is fuscia and chartreuse. So there is no need for me to repeat that, as it would be redundantly repetetive and dangerously close to spam.
Was the pink you thinking of, sort of a 'spammy' shade NC?
